Reiki Training Classes are for anyone seeking to learn the art of healing. Everything that you need to become a Reiki Practitioner or Master is included in my individual or small-group classes - thorough training, ethics, initiation, a manual and workbook, and plenty of time for practice and questions! If you are ready to grow and to progress toward wholeness, Reiki training can assist you on your journey.

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki The name “Usui Shiki Ryoho” means “Usui Style Healing Method”. Its lineage is from Mikao Usui and came from Japan through the West. There are three degrees, or levels, to this Reiki System. Level I - Learn the history of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, Universal Principles of Healing, Reiki qualities and concepts, subtle energies, chakras, and how to give full body Reiki sessions to yourself and others. Learn both the systematic and the intuitive method for giving Reiki sessions. Four attunements are given to strengthen your direction and vision, and to strengthen your connection to the Divinely Guided Reiki energy. Level II - Learn the meaning, history, and purpose of three Reiki symbols. The ancient Sanskrit, Kanji, and Symbol help to expand the ability to access your “knowing” mind, and are gateways to profound universal qualities. They are keys to unify time and space, align mental and emotional bodies with the Divine, and focus Reiki energy. Learn to send Distance Reiki sessions. One attunement is given to strengthen your connection to the Divinely Guided Reiki energy. Successful completion of Level II certifies you as a Reiki Practitioner (RP). Level III – Learn the meaning and purpose of the Master Reiki symbol (Kanji) and how and when to use it. Learn Byosen Reikan Ho, Beaming Reiki, Kenyoku Ho, how to give and pass Reiki attunements, Reiki practices and Reiki ethics. Four attunements are given to further strengthen your connection to the Divinely Guided Reiki energy, and to complete your initiation as a Reiki Master. Successful completion of Level III certifies you as a Reiki Master and Teacher (RMT).

Karuna Reiki™ Karuna is a Sanskrit word that when translated means "compassionate action." Karuna energy flows from the Creator and with it, holds the potential to raise us to a higher understanding and a healthier way of interacting with others, and living our lives. It is a gradual progression and awareness of oneness. Karuna is extended from ourselves, to others, out of compassion and love, and because it is a logical thing to do! In the same way that you would want to heal your own self, you would also want others to be healed and whole. As we extend Karuna and help others in their healing process, all beings benefit because we are all one. Karuna Reiki™ Classes are for anyone who has already attained Usui Reiki Master. The classes have additional symbols and additional attunements. The energy works on emotional and spiritual levels. Both levels of Karuna Reiki™ and the attunements are given as well as instruction and practice on the use of all Karuna Reiki™ symbols and registration, in accordance with the regulations of the International Reiki Center for Training (IRCT). Karuna Practitioner I™ – Learn about the history of Karuna I and a description of Karuna Level I Symbols. Attunement for Karuna™ Practioner Level I and to the first four Karuna Symbols. Karuna Practitioner II™ – Learn the Karuna™ Level II Symbols, their descriptions and use. Attunement for Karuna™ Practitioner II and to the second four Karuna™ Symbols. Karuna Master/Teacher™ – Learn to pass Karuna attunements; additionally more emphasis and in depth study in toning, chanting, and specific meditation practices relative to Karuna Reiki™, as per the IRCT manuals, will be practiced and studied in depth.

Lightarian Reiki Lightarian Reiki offers an expansive continuum of healing energies extending beyond the vibrational range of Usui-based and Karuna-based Reiki. These energies focus on accelerating your growth and the healing process for humanity by expanding your abilities as a Reiki Master to channel healing energies of a higher vibrational nature for the benefit of others. There are four training levels for Lightarian Reiki called Lightarian Reiki I & II, III, IV and V & VI. Level I & II – Learn the Principles of Lightarian Reiki and receive your initial attunement. This first-level training and attunement process prepares you to vibrationally receive subsequent Lightarian Reiki attunements at the higher levels. Levels III, IV and V & VI – Each of the separate levels provide advanced attunements to progressively increase your ability to channel energies from higher vibrational levels within the Reiki spectrum. During each of the separate, advanced attunements, an introduction and permanent connection is made with a different, supportive celestial energy to augment the process. There are two prerequisites for Lightarian Reiki: You must be a Certified Usui-based Reiki Master/Teacher and you must be a Certified Karuna Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner or Master, -OR- receive the Lightarian Buddhic Boost to bridge the "gap" between the Usui and Karuna Energies.
